I use Apple's Logic Pro 7. It's not really a program specific for remixing, but rather an all-in-one DAW (digital audio workstation). I haven't used Ableton much over the last 2 years, but I hear people really like it for remixing and live work.

Garageband, if you just want to give the remix a go, should actually be a pretty good start.
